Ancient varieties such as Listán, Pedro Ximénez, Albillo Criollo, Gual… Ungrafted! Hundred-year-old vines grown in “cordon multiple” (unique in the world)… On this volcanic island you can dive into history through wine. The volcanic subsoil, the high altitudes and of course the philosophy of the winemaker ensure that these wines are thirst-quenching, salty, juicy and fine.
