Solomon Hills Estate
The Barrel Burner Double oak gives what it suggests, a full white wine with aromas of brown sugar, caramel, baked apple and toasted almond as well as a full (FULL) red wine that reminds of cigar box, blueberry and brioche. We were really (strange but true) positively surprised by the quality and intensity of these wines from Paso Robles. The wines from Bien Nacido and Solomon Hills also made us long for more. What a relief! This winemaking family from California (that has been around for five generations) really has it in them, we warmly welcome them to our range!
