About the producer
The Remedy
Today, father and son, Rémy and Olivier Klein, jointly manage the estate, from the vines to the finalization of the production. They share the same values as winemakers: authenticity, respect for the living soil and creatures, and love for the world of flavors. La Réméjeanne currently owns 35 hectares of vineyards on important hillsides, overlooking the right bank of the Rhône Valley and Mont Ventoux. Surrounded by forests and without neighbors, the vines are worked manually and without pesticides to favor the expression of the limestone terroir. Ploughing, pick-hewing, manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts and long macerations are all parameters that allow their vines and therefore their grapes to develop as naturally as possible.
