About the producer

Pascal Prunier-Bonheur

Pascal Prunier has been running this friendly family estate together with his wife Christine Bonheur since 1983. They started with 3 rented hectares of vines and now own 8ha, all owned, of which the average age of the vines is 50-60 years. The vineyards are located within the various communes of Côte de Beaune, which allows them to offer a very varied range of Burgundy wines. Although some appellations are quite modest (read 'not-so-known'), Pascal knows how to make fantastic, expressive wines from them. It is clear that winemaking is in his blood (for five generations now). He says he deliberately keeps the estate on a human scale so as not to lose the connection with the land, as well as with the people who drink their wines. A domain after our own heart.
