About the producer
Minute
The Minuty winery was founded in 1850 by Gabriel Farnet. Today, the grandchildren Jean-Etienne and François are at the helm of Minuty. The vineyards are planted between many forests, which naturally protects the vines from the inconveniences that often occur in a vineyard. This gives the grapes all the peace and quiet they need to grow, which we certainly taste in the wines. The great rosés of Minuty are mainly produced from Grenache, known as the 'king of rosés'. The characteristic variety of the Saint-Tropez peninsula is used to preserve the local character of the wines. Since 2012, visitors to the estate have been welcome in the new barrel cellar and tasting room to taste the wines of Minuty.
