Finca Bacara
Vegan and gluten-free wine, I-kidyou-not. No animal fining agents (egg whites/gelatine…) are used here. But that’s not the only reason they’re special. Their labels are unique, artistic and well thought out. They want to start a conversation about the future, disappearing resources, our planet. Self-reflection, with the help of wine. Because, to be honest, wine is indeed the perfect starting point for a philosophical conversation. And on top of that, the wines of Santos and Iona are also ‘bere-goe’! The vineyards at high altitudes, the combination of soil and climate, the balance between image, quality and price, the harmony between art and style, it’s so incredibly well thought out that this recently launched winery still has a great future ahead of it.
