In Gols, a municipality in Burgenland, Gerhard and Brigitte make beautiful red wines from mainly indigenous grape varieties such as Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Sankt-Laurent. Gerhard explains that his unique style is the sum of countless small decisions that take place in the field of vineyard maintenance and cellar technology. Every detail matters. Here too, absolutely no chemicals are used and they work biodynamically. Their winery itself looks like a modern art gallery. Their labels are also rebellious and unconventional.
