Did you know?
This noble title has been the name of the estate since the beginning. At some point they wanted to honor that name in one of their wine lines. For the 'Graaf' they take old vines on lean Opok soil. For them Graf also means 'the center', since the vineyard is located between the higher Sgaminegg and the slightly lower Opok line.

Due to the large difference between day and night temperatures, the grapes can retain their acidity well and the wines are therefore fresh and white. |
