About the producer

Larmandier-Bernier

It is not without reason that Pierre and Sophie Larmandier are celebrated as one of the best Champagne makers and belong to the crème de la crème of Champagne. Pierre and Sophie own a top terroir in the Côte de Blancs; a total of 15 hectares around Vertus, but also in the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Oger, Chouilly and Cramant. Their wines are known for their precision and refinement with a pronounced layered complexity, a complexity that deepens with age. The wines age for at least 1 year before the second fermentation. The non-vintage Champagnes are usually composed of the millésimé of the vendange and a part of the two previous millésimes. Certified in biodynamics, vines of an average of 30 years or older, low yields, top parcels, etc. You see me coming, I think? We are honored to represent Larmandier-Bernier in Flanders. Brilliant Champagnes, as they are rarely produced today. Awarded ** in Revue du Vin de France 2023.
