Fidora is the oldest organic estate in the Veneto region: back in 1974, Guido Fidora decided to convert his family vineyard from conventional to organic viticulture. Eventually, this even became biodynamic viticulture (including the Demeter label) and more recently, the step was even taken to the principles of organic viticulture. To this day, they make the only biodynamic or even organic prosecco that exists. Behind Guido's decision was a deeply rooted desire to promote both the health and biodiversity of his region. This vision became reality and today Fidora is extremely proud that their vineyards are home to a growing population of hares, foxes, pheasants and numerous species of birds. A prosecco simply cannot be purer and more natural than this!
