About the producer

Agrapart & Fils

Some things need no introduction, whether it's names like Amazon or Apple or... yes indeed, Agrapart. Pascal Agrapart owns 'only' 12ha of vineyards by Champagne standards (of which 11.5ha are planted with Chardonnay!), but these are all located in Avize, Cramant, Oger and Oiry, all Grand Cru villages in the Côtes des Blancs. The second reason why every Champagne fanatic should have at least a case of Agrapart in his or her cellar is that Pascal goes to work in a very artistic way. Only parcellaire cuvées including malolactic fermentation in a natural way, fermentation in old fûts, medium-term aging sur lattes and little to no dosage. In short; as far as bubbles go, this is among the very best the wine world has to offer. Awarded *** in Revue du Vin de France 2023.
