Château Pradeaux
De Provençaalse zon, de mistral, de arme bodem, maar ook de ultra-strenge voorschriften van deze prestigieuze appellatie (Bandol) dragen bij tot de uitzonderlijke concentratie en smaken in de wijn. Bij Château Pradeaux worden de wijnen in beperkte hoeveelheden geproduceerd, waardoor kwaliteit in elke fase voorop staat. De rode wijnen ondergaan een bijzondere productie, waarbij de druiven zeer laat worden geoogst en in hele trossen gevinifieerd, met een lange maceratie en rijping. Het doel is om zowel bij rood als rosé gestructureerde wijnen te verkrijgen die met de tijd aan complexiteit winnen.
